Alexston Events
Terms and Agreement
To ensure a smooth and successful event we ask that you read the following terms and agreement.
Should you have any questions or concerns feel free to contact us.
Bookings must be made 1-2 months in advance.
A 50% deposit of the calculated total price is due upon receipt and is required to secure
Alexston Events for your event. We ask you to secure your event date in advance so you are guaranteed our services
Once payment of deposit is made you have agreed that Alexston Events will plan concepts, coordinating, and construction your event which also includes time and service
The final and remaining balance must be paid in full one week prior to the event
If deposit is not made on the due date upon receipt, a tentative hold will be placed on your desired event date for a period of 3 days. After which time, Failure to provide a deposit payment within the 3 day period may result in the booking being
cancelled.
Deposits are non-refundable.
25% of the deposit maybe refundable ONLY if events such as fire, natural disaster or tragedy
are beyond our control and prevents us from performing our obligation.
Our time and service is valuable and limited to a full refund of all money paid.
We charge an additional $30 fee to all Outdoor Events including Home Parties and Park Parties
50% of the outdoor fee must be paid and will be added to the deposit
(50% of outdoor fee is refundable)
A travel and delivery surcharge maybe applied to your event depending on location.
We charge an additional $75 fee for locations that are 50 miles outside of our service area.
50% of the travel fee must be paid and will be added to the deposit
(This only applies to those who are located 50 miles outside of our service area)

All Property of Alexston Events that is use to decorate your event such as Table linen, chair sashes, charger plates, curtain backdrop, Backdrop stand, glass or metal decorative centerpieces, Metal Balloon Columns stands, etc... must be ready for pick up once the event has ended.
Balloons: Due to the heat and wind we are not guarantee balloons arches and columns will last outdoors.
however we make every attempt to have your balloon decor looking professional as possible.
All major credit cards or cash is accepted. NO CHECKS.
